Here is what I had for dinner. Look at #2! Gosh, you have to sell a lot of Chicken Chop to get listed as top link on Google, I think!!!

BTW, Chicken Chop at dinner was served with mushroom sauce. Yumm yumm...

Radios do get you to notice good songs. :) This is the latest find! "Vanilla Twilight" by Owl City. Sounds as sweet as the title.

James Taylor In My Life Oscar

James Taylor sang a tribute song to the deceased celebrities of the past year 2009 to early 2010 during the 82nd Academy Awards show. Taylor covered the song "In My Life", which was originally written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney of The Beatles.

I read that on MSN, and wished to know which song it was. The #1 hit had a video, which did not successfully load with my home network connection. Probably might load it at work tomorrow. Hope it's a good one. Oh, and Sandra Bullock was stunning!

This is maybe a little to late to ask... Ha ha ha ha... But I really did not expect any discussion on this subject. Hmm... One does ponder what people put on the Internet...

I especially like one of the responses in The Student Room: "Sleeping off their hangovers." *chuckles*

Google Chrome causes SCIM crash

Been using Google Chrome beta for LINUX for a week. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. Before switching to LINUX, I've been using Google Chrome almost exclusively on the old Windows XP box. The browser did deliver well its promise to be faster than other browsers on the market.

The beta version for the open source OS was as promising, but did not deliver as well. Browser launching of the minimal Firefox 3.5 is much faster. Even Google search is faster by centi-seconds on Firefox.

Although, what drove me to the edge and finally decided to uninstall the celebrated browser was actually (written here) that it crashes the SCIM input method. Since installation of google-chrome-beta package, SCIM became unlaunchable and had on various event when I try to force launch as daemon, crashes the most foreground web page in Google Chrome.

After much hassle, I finally got SCIM working again after uninstallation of the browser. I'm not planning to give it another try until they graduate it from beta into a final version. Too bad, it's just too bad google releases several disappointments in a row lately. Maybe that means they should focus more and make things better before launch? My two cents.
